The manufacture of natural fiber composites was carried out to determine whether the composite from a combination palm and straw feasible as substitute for synthetic used electric car bodies at State Polytechnic Madura. This research conducted with variations in ratio 100% fiber, 1: 2, 2: 1 1. Testing material alloys by testing impact test, tensile on car’s body prototype. Based test results prototype, it known that variation has highest modulus elasticity, which 499.09 N / mm2, while toughness value, 14.4.10-3J crash get speed 3.84 m s, surface only experienced cracks, without major damage.
